᯽ Anything else you would like for me to know or any questions you have !Please note that full body is not an option in VGen atm but you can send me a custom inquiry if you wanna go through VGen :)!
TERMS OF SERVICE᯽ GENERAL ᯽
I have the right to reject your order for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel any commission should client be in any way rude/abusive/inappropriate towards me. I reserve the right to post commission on my own social media unless discussed otherwise. Disability aids and such can be added without a extra cost!᯽ PAYMENTS ᯽
All payments will be made through VGen, Paypal or MobilePay.᯽ REVISIONS ᯽
The client gets 2 free revisions.Please note after free revisions there will be cost of 5e per revision. (This does not apply if I misunderstand what you are wanting to change.)᯽ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ᯽
Once the request enters the work list, I will complete the illustration within a month. I will always try to be as fast as possible to complete the order as soon as possible. If anything happens that might slow the process or get me late to the delivery, I will contact you in advance.᯽ USE ᯽
Personal use only (unless agreed otherwise). Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by default. You may display the finished piece and share it online as long as I'm credited.
The commercial use fee will give full right over the commission. The client can upload the art piece to all social media giving credits. If you ask for a commission and want to start anything commercial-wise with the illustration later on you're completely free to come back later and request commercial rights.᯽ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ᯽
No AI training or generation. The artwork may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, dataset, or generative tool, nor uploaded to any service that does so. It may not be used as a reference or input for AI-generated images. No NFT or crypto. The artwork may not be used for NFT or crypto purposes. No editing or reuse without permission. Please don't alter, edit, crop out signatures/watermarks, trace, or reuse the artwork to create derivative works without my written permission.᯽ REFUNDS ᯽
There WON’T be refunds after the commission is finished. Before the artist starting your request, you may cancel the request to get refund.᯽ COMMUNICATION ᯽
Commissioners can dm me directly if they have a concern. I'm very negotiable so please do not be afraid to speak to me ₍ᵔ•ᴗ•ᵔ₎ !
